• Regina Barzilay of the Department of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science was elected to the American Academy of Arts and Sciences on April 30.
  
• Angela Belcher of the Department of Biological Engineering was elected to the National Academy of Sciences on May 25.
  
• Emery N. Brown of the Institute for Medical Science and Engineering received the Pierre Galletti Award from the American Institute for Medical and Biological Engineering on March 21 and the 2022 Gruber Neuroscience Prize on May 17.
  
• Fikile Brushett of the Department of Chemical Engineering received the American Institute of Chemical Engineers' Allan P. Colburn Award for Excellence in Publications by a Young Member of the Institute on June 30.
  
• Matteo Bucci of the Department of Nuclear Science and Engineering received the received the Distinguished Early Career Award from the U.S. Department of Energy on May 30.
  
• Jacopo Buongiorno of the Department of Nuclear Science and Engineering was recognized for outstanding support of American Nuclear Society Crisis Communications on May 30.
