چکیده فارسی به همراه واژگان کلیدی: چکیده تاثیرات صفات شخصیت ماکیاولیایی و استرس نقش بر رفتار ناکارآمد حسابرس با توجه به نقش تعدیل‌گر هوش هیجانی هدف از انجام این پژوهش بررسی تاثیرات صفات شخصیت ماکیاولیایی و استرس نقش بر رفتار ناکارآمد حسابرس با توجه به نقش تعدیل‌گر هوش هیجانی می¬باشد. روش انجام پژوهش بر اساس هدف، کاربردی توصیفی است و روش آن بر اساس نحوه گردآوری داده¬ها، توصیفی و از نوع همبستگی و به‌طور اخص از نوع مدل یابی معادلات ساختاری است و داده‌ها با استفاده از تنها پرسشنامه جمع‌آوری شدند. جامعه آماری این پژوهش شامل حسابرسان شاغل در موسسات عضو جامعه حسابداران رسمی ایران و نمونه آماری ۱۷۴ نفر می‌باشد. این پژوهش، در خصوص تجزیه‌وتحلیل داده‌ها، ابتدا با استفاده از نرم‌افزار اکسل، متغیرهای پژوهش از رویدادهای خام، آماده و سپس با استفاده از نرم‌افزار آماری Smart Pls (معادلات ساختاری) تجزیه‌وتحلیل انجام خواهد شد. نتایج نشان می‌دهد که شخصیت ماکیاولیستی بر رفتار ناکارآمد حسابرسان تاثیر مثبت و معنادار دارد. همچنین استرس نقش بر رفتار ناکارآمد حسابرسان تاثیر مثبت و معنادار دارد. دیگر نتایج پژوهش حاضر این است که تعامل شخصیت ماکیاولیستی و هوش هیجانی و تعامل استرس نقش و هوش هیجانی نمی¬تواند به‌طور معناداری بر رفتار ناکارآمد حسابرسان تاثیرگذار باشند واژگان کلیدی: شخصیت ماکیاولیایی، استرس نقش، رفتار ناکارآمد حسابرس، هوش هیجانی. Abstract / Key Words: Abstract Impacts of Personality Traits Machiavellian and Role Stress on Auditor's Dysfunctional Behavior With Regard To The Moderating Role Of Emotional Intelligence The purpose of this study is Impacts of Personality Traits Machiavellian and Role Stress on Auditor's Dysfunctional Behavior With Regard To The Moderating Role Of Emotional Intelligence. The purpose-based research method is descriptive and its method is descriptive and correlational based on the data collection method and in particular the structural equation modeling. The statistical population of this research is ncludes auditors working in auditing firms in Iran with a sample size of ۱۷۴. This research on data analysis will first be prepared using Excel software, raw event variables, and then analyzed using smartPLS statistical software and structural equations. The results showed that Machiavellian personality has a positive and significant effect on the inefficient behavior of auditors. Also, role stress has a positive and significant effect on the inefficient behavior of auditors. Other results of the present study are that the interaction of Machiavellian personality and emotional intelligence as well as the interaction of role stress and emotional intelligence can not significantly affect the dysfunctional behavior of auditors.
