بیانیه دانشگاه صنعتی قم در پاسخ به یاوه گویی های ترامپ

شهید سرافراز سپهبد قاسم سلیمانی عمر با برکت خویش را در مقابله با تروریسم و تامین امنیت مردم ایران و انسانهای مظلوم دنیا و همچنین دفاع از کیان فکری فرهنگی ایرانیان سپری نمود. در حالیکه سردار سپهبد قاسم سلیمانی بنا به دعوت رسمی نخست وزیر کشور عراق به عنوان نماینده جمهوری اسلامی ایران در آن کشور حاضر بودند، برخلاف قوانین بین المللی و عرف دیپلماتیک ترور شدند. رئیس جمهور ایالات متحده آمریکا در اظهارنظرهای مکرر ضمن اعتراف به دستور و نقش خویش در این ترور، تهدیدهای دیگری را علیه مردم ایران و عراق تکرار نموده است. از جمله این موارد، توییت غیرمتمدنانه ای است که ایشان در تاریخ ۵ ژانویه ۲۰۲۰ ارسال نمودند و در آن مکان‌های مهم باستانی و تمدن چندین هزار ساله ایرانیان را تهدید به نابودی کرده است.
شکل این تهدید همانند تهدیدهای نهاد تروریستی داعش است که با اندیشه‌های خطرناکی ضربات جبران ناپذیری به انسانیت، امنیت و میراث فرهنگی بشری در منطقه غرب آسیا وارد آوردند. اینک که به واسطه فداکاری و جانفشانی مردم منطقه و رشادت‌های سردار قاسم سلیمانی ریشه داعش در منطقه خشکانده شده، تفکر و اندیشه خطرناک داعش به زبان رئیس‌جمهور آمریکا مجددا منتشر می‌شود.
این تهدید بر خلاف کنوانسیون ۱۹۵۴ حفظ میراث فرهنگی در جریان جنگ مسلحانه و نیز برخلاف رسالت اصلی یونسکو که استقرار صلح و ترویج همزیستی مسالمت‌آمیز میان ملت‌ها است می باشد. ما به عنوان روسای مراکز آموزش عالی ایران ضمن گرامیداشت یاد آن شهیدان سرافراز، اقدامات رئیس جمهور آمریکا را محکوم می کنیم و از مسئولین نظام جمهوری اسلامی برای حمایت از امنیت ملی و مراکز فرهنگی ایران، درخواست اقدامی مقتدرانه و پیشگیرانه در مقابله با این اقدامات و تهدیدها داریم و آمادگی خود را جهت دفاع از امنیت ملی و مراکز فرهنگی در کنار دیگر اقشار مردم کشور ایران اعلام می داریم.

Iranian Lieutenant General Martyr Qassem Suleimani spent all his precious life in defending Iranian people against terrorism and in providing peace and security for Iran. He defended all oppressed people across the world, and he always respected Iran's cultural and intellectual heritage. While Martyr Suleimani was on a diplomatic mission in Iraq, acting as an Iranian delegate to Iraq, he was brutally assassinated in Baghdad against all diplomatic and international rules by the direct order of the U.S president who has confessed his role in this terrorist attack and has repeatedly threatened both Iran and Iraq. Among his threats is an impolite and barbarian tweet, posted on January ۵,۲۰۲۰, threatening to target Iran's ancient historical sites which are as old as Iran's thousands of years civilization
This threat looks like that of ISIS that caused irreparable damage to humanity, security and cultural heritage in West of Asia. Now, thanks to the sacrifices of Martyr Suleimani and the people in the region, ISIS has been eradicated. However, the toxic thoughts of ISIS have found expression through the mouth of U.S president
This threat of targeting cultural sites is against
the
۱۹۵۴ Hague Convention for the protection of cultural property in the event of armed conflict during wars and this threat is against the mission of UNESCO which attempts to promote peace among nations. We, as the heads of Iranians higher education institutes and universities, commemorating Martyr Suleimani and the other patriots, condemn the actions of U.S president and ask the officials of the Islamic Republic of Iran to adopt basic preventive measures against U.S to defend the national security of Iran and its ancient cultural heritage. We also express our readiness for defensive actions to preserve our national security and to protect our cultural heritage accompanied by all members of Iranian people
